Do you want to exchange an item? Send an email to info@wallabiezzz.com and we'll see what we can do for you! The costs for returning are for your own account. The new product will be shipped for free.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days (calculated from the day of receipt). The costs are for your own account. Most items fit through the letterbox, such as a sun canopy, car seat belts and pacifier cloths. Make sure it is sufficiently stamped.
